GRAND FAMILY ENCOURAGERS
We need volunteers to call and encourage grandmothers and grandfathers who are raising their grandchildren. This stage of life can be overwhelming, lonely, and isolating for them. Having someone to call who will offer encouragement, prayer, and a listening ear for their frustrations and needs is incredibly important. Providing love and guidance means the world to these grandfamilies. We offer training for our Grand Family Encouragers on the last Friday of each month in Prosper, TX. Your support can make a meaningful difference in their lives!
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
At Grand Love, we are committed to maximizing our impact and helping as many families as possible. To achieve this, we rely on volunteers to assist with various in-office administrative tasks, ensuring we are good stewards of our funds. We need your help in the following areas:

Entering data and managing databases
Filing and organizing paperwork
Processing applications and responding to emails
Event Planning and Coordination:
Assisting with the organization of fundraising events
Coordinating with vendors and sponsors
Setting up and breaking down event spaces

Managing social media accounts
Creating and distributing promotional materials
Writing newsletters and press releases

Recruiting and training new volunteers

Bingo on Broadway is a monthly fundraising event held on the second Tuesday of every month in Prosper, TX. Join our volunteer committee to help organize each Bingo night’s festivities. From table decorations to securing sponsors and arranging fabulous bingo prizes, this is a wonderful opportunity to support Grand Love. We ask our volunteers to commit to serving on this committee for 12 months, from January to December.
Our Farm to Table Dinner Experience is an annual fundraiser for Grand Love, held every September. This evening features seasonal, locally-sourced dishes prepared by local chefs, accompanied by wine pairings, live music, a silent auction, a wine pull, and more. This incredible event is organized by a dedicated volunteer committee. We couldn't accomplish our mission without the commitment of our volunteers. Breakfast with Santa is an annual fundraiser for Grand Love, held on the first Friday and Saturday of December with seatings to choose from, Breakfast at 8:30 or Brunch at 10:00. This festive event features Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty, Elsa, a pancake buffet fit for a king, balloon artists, photo opportunities, and gifts for every child! A Prosperous Affair is an upscale ladies-only annual event held every March, promising an unforgettable evening. The event held in Prosper, features valet parking, delicious food, wine, a silent auction, live music, and more.
