Programs for approved grandfamilies

Grand Arts gives grandchildren the chance to explore creativity through free or reduced-price after-school classes, making arts education accessible for families on a fixed income. Offered during the school year (August–May), Grand Arts includes music, dance, theater, and visual arts. 

Summer camps offer grandchildren a fun and enriching experience that helps them grow socially and spiritually. Through partnerships with local camps, we provide free or reduced-price spots during the summer months, giving kids the chance to make new friends and experience a meaningful encounter with God. 

Grand Love supports grandchildren pursuing higher education with a 2-year scholarship to local community colleges. This scholarship helps families on a fixed income cover education costs and encourages continued academic success after high school. 

Each July, our annual backpack drive provides grandchildren with backpacks filled with essential school supplies. This program helps grandfamilies start the school year with confidence, preparedness, and excitement—ensuring every child has what they need to succeed. 

We have opportunities for you to connect with Lawyers, Therapists, Tutors, Doctors, Dentists, and Orthodontists in your area who are willing to bless grandfamilies with their services. Inquire below to see if support is available near you. 

 Our Wish Tree brings holiday joy to grandchildren by sharing their Christmas wishes with the community. Each child's wish list is hung on a tree like an ornament, and members of the community pick one to help make that wish come true. This program brings warmth, hope, and extra holiday cheer to grandfamilies during the season.
