That’s why we offer Grand Assistance, our core support program designed specifically to help grandfamilies meet essential, everyday needs. This program can help cover costs such as clothing, shoes, haircuts, dental expenses, winter coats, and other basic necessities that can quickly add up.
Grand Assistance applications are open year-round, with no deadlines—so you can apply whenever your family needs support. However, please note that some of our additional programs are seasonal and only available during specific times of the year (such as back-to-school or holiday support).
Before applying to any of our other programs, families must first apply for and be approved for Grand Assistance. Once approved, you’ll become eligible to apply for additional support programs, which are designed to further assist you and your grandchildren throughout the year.
